Turns out this it is a Bandai LSI Game Pasocom Type PT-6000, Cool name no ? I put batteries in an it seems to work fine, but I just can;t figure out what to do and how. It loos like a PC, with all the grey keys being actual vuttons and seem to interact with the game (seems, I am clueless of what I am doing).
From looking on the net, it is a Gudam game, and the LEDs shown on the back of the screen actual elements of the game. Way cool (use Chrome to get a translation).
